I Just Replaced my TBI and ECM. Now my car is miss fireing. What could be the cause of this?

I trust you used the original PROM from the ECM that was removed from your car. The replacement ECM may not have had the correct PROM for your engine installed.
You also need to understand that when you initially start and run your engine with a reinitialized or "erased" ECM, the ECM will not enter Block Learn Mode and write correct fuel and spark offsets for your engine until it has been in Closed Loop mode and operated under varying conditions for about twenty minutes. Your ECM needs to re-learn the sensor inputs and devise trim factors for your engine before you can expect normal operation.
Still, there should be no spark misfire. It is possible that the ECM is controlling the mixture more lean or rich than your engine requires, and is causing rough idle. If you have a true spark misfire, that has little to do with the ECM and you need to assess the ignition system separately.
