Fuel pressure probs. Please Help.

I just re-installed a new Accel injector to replace the one leaky one I located, as well as a new Holley AFPR that Jeg's sent me to replace the old leaky one. Now that motherf$#@%r is still not holding pressure and for the life of me I can't see why not. I even rebuilt the fuel rail this time with new o-rings and it doesn't leak a drop. When I turn the key the pressure spikes to about 50psi and drops to 44psi after the pump stops running, and then leaks off from there in about 15 minutes like the last time. I pinch either fuel hose individually and it leaks down (even though I inspected the injector tips for leaks multiple times), but if I pinch the crap out of both at the same time it holds. What the hell is going on here? Should I, for fun, install the stock regulator and see how that pans out? With the car running, where should the pump stabilize the pressure at, or will it dip all the time? Thanks guys, this is really getting under my skin .
