does anyone happen to know if the block for a 660 is a big block, therefor not needing any engine mounts?

well 660 cubic inches sure isnt a small block lol... not sure about the motor mounts.

Is this a Chevy motor? Pontiac? Oldsmobile? Buick? etc?

I would imagine a 660 would have to be a tall-deck big block.

Tall deck, aftermarket big block. Like a Merlin block or something.

not too sure.. I was just thinking more hypothetical as me and a friend have a bet saying that you'd need to change the mounts for something that big, I figured it was the same as the BBC that I'd been reading about in the swap section, cause to my understanding it doesn't require new mounts for the new engine. I thought an engine could either be a SBC or a BBC

BOPs use one block reguardless of displacement so a 350 and a 455 us the same blocks. more to BB and SB than just displacement
