Well, you're not overheating but just running warmer than you'd like it to be.
Since everything has been checked and the fan/fans are coming on then there are only a few things left to check for.
1) Air Dam which is located underneath the car directly under the radiator. If it's missing then replace it.
2) Trash piled infront of the radiator or inbetween the radiator and ac cooling rad. To check this you can take off the top radiator support and lean the radiator back a few inches. It might be better to just slide under the car with a flashlight though.
3) Lower radiator hose is collapsing. After you do some driving... pop the hood and give it some gas while watching the lower radiator hose.
There are a few other tricks as well, but I'm not too familiar with them and I'll leave those to the experts.

ok, im kinda confused, so u say the car runs warm when u are driving it hard? like constantly flooring it, high RPMS, etc? if so, then how long does it take to go from normal to 240?

You seem to have all the bases covered, it's just about got to either be an inaccurate guage or a missing/torn up air dam. I'm betting on the air dam being the culprit...

Check your radiator cap. Maybe get new one, only like $4 and can cause overheating if they don't hold pressure.
