i have been working on a ongoing project for my 350 and it is running but like crap it twitches a lot and few days ago i got a code #22 and i checked it and it and the votage was good did not know what was wronge so i reseted it and started it back up and there was no code #22 and checked the voltage and it was right? why would it do that?

any help on what could cause a sharp jerk in the engine like a twitch and running really rich plezzzzz help,,,

sorry, i have a gm preformace 350 and a holley tbi and my car is a 1992 firebird with a auto. i have preformer rpm intake manifold ederbrock TES headders. and i checked my spark pluges and they are completly black.
