I found an engine

actually, I found a car for fairly cheap. My problem is right now I need emissions testing and I have a carb setup on what was efi therefor chances of it passing are not so good. If I get something other than a 305/350 block I can get past emissions as "a hot rod" so I've been looking to get a bigger engine. The one I've found cheapest is from a cadillac it's a 500 would this fit in my Z28? is it the same as a standard swap or would I need different mounts cause its from a '75 caddy. Any recommendations?

Swapping in a 500 big blosk is anything but standard.

You need custom fabbed everything and tons of hammmers, saws, grinders, torchs and hundreds of hours to waste.

You need a BOP bellhousing tranny since the Caddy uses the same bolt pattern.

Here's all your Caddy performance parts.
