Everytime i go over bumps my cars makes noises rattling bumping not sure how to describe it....i changed the shocks what else could it be?

 

Crank down on the panhard bar bolts/nuts.

 

Get your car nice and high in the air supported on i't s tires and start pulling on stuff. Pull hard. Sometimes you might even need a pry bar, Any play you find nees to be replaced.

Ball joints are the hardest to find if you don't know how to diagnose.

 

I had the same noise, check the swaybar end links, either tightem them up, or replace them, thats what fixed mine.

 

Best bet as mentioned is to get under there. There is a slew of things that can make noise like that, including the exhaust (since it wasn't mentioned yet. ). Also, don't overlook the interior compartments in the rear hatch area.
