PCV valve leaking oil on valve cover

Simple problem. The passenger side pcv valve is leaking a little oil on the valve cover. Not much at all, except that I show the car, and I'm always having to clean it up. I was thinking about smearing a little RTV around outside of the valve to make it fit more snug.

Any suggestions?

Replace the grommet it is probably old and dry. They are really cheap at any auto parts store.

Give me the car and start walking everywhere?

As mentioned, I'd look to the grommet as the culprit. Probably inspect or swap out the pcv as well to see if you got a damaged one.
