variable oil pressure
1990 Z28 305 TPI with oil pressure that was moving in jerks between 35 and 55psi whilst driving at constant speed. Oil level ok according to dipstick. Replaced sender unit.
Ok to start with, now on a good day I get constant 55 psi irrespective of revs and on a bad day I get 35 psi independant of revs, and on a ****ty day it hops about even at constant revs. Is it the sender again, or some electronic fault. Previous correspondence shows that I am not alone with this erratic behaviour. Clues please
