I'v inspected my distributor and i saw some carbon deposit on the metal contact over the rotor and some scratches on cap terminals.

SHOULD I BUY A NEW ROTOR AND CAP?

You could use fine sandpaper or a wire brush to clean the carbon off but be careful not to take off too much of the good material and widen your gap between the rotor and cap points. I think you would be better off though just getting a new cap and rotor.
