Just need Heads and Cam

I found out the bottom end I have has been rebuilt with Keith Black hypereutectic pistons, so I just need to slap some heads on and put a cam in. Im looking at the bare Dart Iron Eagle's. I want to go with 64cc, but I dont know how big I should go with the intake runners, 200cc or 215cc? Id like to buy a cam kit, that way it has everything I need and its designed to work together, even if it costs a little more. For that Im thinking about the Comp Cams K-Kit, 244/244, 501/501. .534 with 1.6 rockers which Ill prolly be using. Can the springs in that kit handle the extra lift? My goal is about a 450HP street motor. And with those pistons I could add an extra 150hp with nitrous if I wanted too...
Ill put a decent carb on, and the performer intake I have.

So is this a good selection of parts?

And would there be a big difference with the Comp Cams Magnum 230/230, 480/480 cam instead? Cuz that one is $50 less

Talked to my friend, he said to go with the 180cc intake runners to make the low end torque. I had my friend run a Desktop Dyno with the smaller Comp cam and the Crane Powermax 222/234 467/494 and it made a little less HP but more torque, so that cam is a good choice also. Will either of those cams work good with those heads?
