hei

I just wanted to verify an article that I read somewhere, can,t remember where. It said if your engine will crank but you have no fire to the plugs, then put a testlight on the tach terminal at the cap. Ground one end of the testlight and touch the other end to the tach terminal, and have a helper crank the engine. If the light flashes on and off, it means the pick-up coil and ignition module are ok. Is that correct? thanks
