will this cam work with my heads?
what cam to work with my heads?
14094093 casting number heads
i had a comp cams cam with .464/.464 lift in the 350, but that cam is worn out. i liked how it worked, but summit doesnt have it anymore. whats a cam that is very similar to this that will work with stock heads and the same springs that the old cam used. advertised duration was 268/276, 114 LSA
thanks
edit: this is a hydraulic flat tappet cam, not a hydraulic roller, so i need a flat tappet since i cant afford the retrofit roller setup

No clue on your heads, but if your heads are anything like the 081/083 heads, then .480" lift is pushing it (near the limit) for the pull-out studs and the valve guide boss clearance. Did you ever check the lift clearance when you did your old cam or valve springs?
I don't know if you would need to go with the "computer controlled" version though. 12-268-4 (XE268H-14). The 110 LSA may cause issues with your computer.
Your old cam was probably 12-404-4 (268AH-14).
Maybe give Comp Cams a call and see if they have any info on your heads?
