about a month ago my car was broken into was ripped completly off. included in the theft was the ignition key being stolen from the console. i have the key blank and took it to my local dealer to have the code read and a new key made. they said that the module is not responding and they cant read the code. they said that i had to replace the vats module then they could read the code and cut me a new key. i would just as soon bypass the vats and not have it at all. any help would be appreciated. by the by i already checked the archives and it didnt have doodle squat.
