Steering column?
Does anyone have detailed or not so detailed instructions on how to remove the column from the car. I figure it would be easier to have some direction than just "digging in". Thank you

Fully loaded and everything usually works.

It's really alot easier than it looks...
One bolt (15mm IIRC) under the hood where the column attached to the intermediate steering shaft; 3 screws (either 10mm or 13mm, I forget) that hold the column's "baseplate" to the firewall; 4 nuts under the dash (15mm), to get to them you'll have to take off the hush panel (4 screws and a nut) and the little panel under the column (4 screws); 1 plug to the turn signals, 2 plugs to the ignition switch, one plug to the dimmer switch, one plug to the cruise control. Installation is the reverse of removal.

thanks looks like I will be doing it this weekend. The column in my car has ALOT of play up and down. I tore it apart tightened everything and used locktite and now a few months later it's loose again. I figure I will just swap a good one from my parts car onto mine instead of tearing it apart again.
