starting problem no sounds
ok so my cars been workin fine but yesterday it just wouldnt start at the store..i have a resistor soldered in to bypass my VATS in the key..been workin great..but now theres no sounds, security light turns off whats wrong???
is there a way to check my starter relay?

Transmission: 5 Speed
With a test light go down to the starter and put it on ground and the purlpe wire (s terminal). have someone crank the car. if the light lights up, then it is the starter or solenoid. if it does not light up, then it is your relay, your wiring, or your VATs

ok i got it to start once dont kno how just did..but then i turn it off n try starting it about n hour later n nothing? what relays could it be and does it sound like a relay?

No sound means most likely a bad starter solenoid. Common problem on these vehicles, but luckily a fairly easy and inexpensive fix if you do it yourself.
