clutch/tranny problem

I was driving my car today and everthing was fine until i heard some clanking and screaching from underneath the car. The car was about to stall but it didnt, and i drove it home. On the way home the car would make horrible noise everytime i put the clutch in. Its now parked in front of my house and i cant get the car to start now. It tries to start but nothing is turning, everything is seized. Does this sound like a blown clutch or a blown tranny. I had the tranny rebuilt and clutch replaced about 20,000 miles ago

What happens when you try to start it? I/e "nothing" as if it doesn't spin over? Or spins the engine but doesn't try to ignite/catch?

something sounds like its spinning or trying to spin, possible the flywheel, but the engine is not turning

Could be the starter turning...but not engging anything...or could be the starter spinning but not trying to engage the flywheel.

Get under it and pull the flywheel inspection cover and take a look...curious about the noise you heard though...possible the starter got engaged while driving and started the sequence of events.
