Thats a MAF code, you may need to replace the relays or even the sensor.. try taking the sensor out and cleaning it off with carb cleaner, and cleaning the relay connections off.

If it still runs bad, disconenct the sensor and try running, if your car runs alright the sensor or relays are bad. Replace the relays first, they are like 10 bucks each.. A remanufactured sensor shold be about $135, new $450.

Could be. The code is low detected airflow from the MAF. It could be that your tubing is loose post MAF, your power relay could be bad, or ultimately your MAF. Do me a favor though... DON'T squirt that thing with carb cleaner. It's a good way to ruin it.
