Neutral safety, park neutral switch part #

I found the neutral safety switch assembly on AC Direct for my car, although it gives two different part numbers, one of which costs $20 more than the other.

Here they are:

ACD# D2234
ACD# D2234A

The "A" one is more expensive, what does it mean and why? Which one do I need? Thanks guys.

I do not know anything about AC Direct, but if you can cross reference it with a GM part number, it is 1994223.
