Want to rebuild...need good parts

After getting home today, I went to start my 92 Camaro w/ L98 MPFI and it wouldn't start. After waiting til it cooled off, I tried again, this time I could hear the starter motor turning but it wasn't turning the engine. After I thought and looked at the situation, I figured it would be best to rebuild the engine since it needs it any. Seeing as how hard the starter motors are to get to any way, why not fix 2 problems at one time? Anyway, since I'm gonna do that, I figured I'd listen to what you guys have tried and found out what works. Thanks for yalls help.
