About EGR, as posted in TPI board...

I am close to running the car off into a ravine and collecting insurance $$ even thoug it wont be that much. My problem is with EGR installation. After the dumbs**t motherf**kers at the local Autozone gave me the CORRECT EGR valve the THIRD time, I finally got it on. Thats not the problem. The problem is, i am not sure what hose goes to the nipple on the EGR. Also, the EGR dose not turn towards the firewall enough for a short hose to connect there. I have a 305 tuned port engine. On the passenger side of the plenum, there are two nipple-like attachment places for hoses. I have 3 hoses loose by there. One is a regular hose, that goes along the firewall to somewhere else...but ends up on the passneger side...where would that go? The second two, are almost as thin as electrical wires...and at the ends, they seem to have some sort of special end on them that is fatter than the rest of the wire. One comes off the EGR temp sensor, the other off something else by the valve cover. Which goes to the plenum, and where does the other one go, in coordination with the first hose i mentioned-the regular thick one? I am at odds here, trying to change this myself. I am also running into problems with the gaskets-trying to put the plenum in place with the gaskets isnt working(i dindt remove the runners from either side). I've had the car like this for a week, and really need the car back in operation. If soemone could please help me and explain everything before i go nuts, that would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
