? about knock sensor

I was informed that when it senses "knock" the timing gets retarded, will a code always appear in the SES?

I thought i already told you. No, you won't get a light/code unless it sense absolutely massive detonation, or there is actually something wrong.
Within a few weeks i'm gonna be ready to go to the track again after i get my injectors in. If you want to go, i can hook you up that KS bypass i was telling you about, and we can both get dialed in. I already have the injectors, i'm just waiting for a bolt set and my AFPR, then i'll be ready to go.
