Springy noises?!?!?!

I've just noticed it lately. My car is making some kind of wierd springy noise. I cannot figure out where it's coming from. It's really been more annoying than hurtful(or will that change)? Oh yeah, and what do you guys think. I found a complete 383 that has been dynoed at 500HP with certain mods for $1800.00. Or a block that has been machined to be a 383 for $750.00. I've really been wanting to build the engine myself, but if I can get a complete 383 for so cheap, i'd think I should go for it, what do you guys think. Here's where I found it.

Thanks.

I know, I figured that that was just for a basic motor. If I want anything special done to it, it'll probably cost more.
But anybody, any ideas on the noise?
