Torque rating for aluminum L98 heads
I just got a set of aluminum L98 corvette heads with ARP bolts and was wondering what the torque rating was for them?
Also, can someone also tell me what the torquing sequence is?
Thanks for the help

I believe it is the same as for cast iron heads: 65 ft/lbs.
Tightening heads can be done in a number of ways but the general idea is- start in the middle and work your way out to the ends in a big circle pattern. I usually do it in several steps- 35ft/lbs, 50 and then 65 on the final.
