LT1 Pushrods

Are LT1 pushrods better then stock L98 pushrods. Just wondering cause i can get a set for free used of my buddies '95 LT1 along with some Comp OE lifters to freshen up the heads along with some 1.6 Roller Rockers. And out of curiosity what are good replacement valve springs. Cam is stock but while im there might as well freshen everything up if its cheap. Car only has 110K Km on it which is like a lil over 65K miles. Do i even need them?

Basically the same push rods. If you have some good L98 push rods, keep them. If you want to upgrade for better springs, go aftermarket.
