Yes it is another "NO START" problem

OH MY *** ! MY CAR DOESN'T START SOMETIMES!
Sorry... I am sick of getting parking tickets for this.

Anyway, my car will start "most" of the time. Except when it rains out. If it rained or is raining my car will crank for as long as the battery will let it. I never sat there for that long, but 20 minutes of cranking definatley said that she didn't feel like starting again.

My car has only done this once when it didn't rain, but there was a lot of morning dew all over it. I searched through the archives, but no one seemed to have the same thing as I do. Anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

EDIT: The car only does this when the engine is cold. I have yet to encounter the problem when the car is warmed up.

i'd check or replace the cap, rotor, plugs and plug wires. it appears you have moisture getting in to some of the ignition parts.

So the reason it does it only when it is cold is because the moisture evaporates when it is warm, correct?

Yes this is a dumb question.

the failure of the ignition module usually is only when its hot and called to operate when its hot.
