Post-header install: L03 won't start, HELP!!!

Had some installation problems with headers. Anyways, they were on, all happy...now...
We broke the coolant sensor (on passenger side, above knock sensor)...no biggie...

But there is a grey, oval-shaped harness on the driver's side, with what seems to be three wires going into it; orange, tan, and another tan/or yellowish wire. I have NO IDEA WHERE THIS GOES. NONE.

The PROBLEM is, the car won't start. Everything else is connected fine, and the car mis/back fires. Smoke rises from the throttle body. Wires are all on correctly, plugs in tight, etc. WHAT THE HELL IS THE PROBLEM? I'm getting no error codes on my scanner. HELP!

I would suggest finding out where those mystery wires go before you try to start it again... Chances are excellent that harness is pretty important.
