rad fan

I'm having trouble diagnosing a problem with my rad fans. I got a 89 GTA 350tpi, the fans stopped workin so i changed the water temp sensor, rad fan switch, and the fan relay, still nothing...I checked the error codes and nothing shows up. Any ideas?

Have you tested the fan wiring for continuity with a volt meter?
Normally i would disconnect the fan plug and test them, i take it you checked the fuses?
All it takes is a broken wire, if there are 2 fans i can't see the motors both seizing up.
