Help me sort out my priorities(sp?)

Right now me and MrsLottaBalls own a 91' RS 305TBI. 150,000mi. T5. The engine is starting to get a little tired, everything is stock. We've got a 2 1/4" cowl hood and Hi rise spoiler waiting to go on. between the hood, spoiler, body damage, and good quality same color paint, it is going to run about $2100. What do Y'all recommend is next on our list...
engine(we know what we want,
performance suspension,
rebuilt suspension,
lowering,
wheels,
interior(has some wear, sagging headliner, top of the doors a little rattly),
rebuild the steering(a little loose),
performance brakes(stock crap),
Posi disc rearend
stereo
or cupholders
Sometime after June next year I will be able sell my truck (91 nissan 4*4) and we will be be shopping for a black Iroc or Z28 with a L98 and ttops. Which will be Mrs.LottaBalls and I will be inheriting the RS.

LBC, (& Mrs. LBC, too!)

The lowered and good-handling suspension won't do much good if the car doesn't run. I'd go for the mechanicals first, like the engine and any driveline work, like a posi disc rear end. Then the steering. After you're back at a more normal state, upgraded springs and stabilizers would be a goal.

And there's nothing that says you can't do some other things at the same time, like replacing the headliner. You can get the OEM material at many upholstery shops, and even at some larger fabric stores for about ten bucks a yard. A $5 can of spray adhesive and a couple of hours and your headliner is new.

When you get that done, split off the interior door panels and start realigning the windows and tightening the guides. That really doesn't cost anything but your time.

When the car is running the way you want it will be time to repaint.

Finally, the stereo system - or maybe the cupholders. It's a toss-up...

I think I made it seem alot worse then it is.
The engine has still has 40,000mi worth of good running. We talked about it and we have decided that we are going to concentrate on rebuilding everything. were not going to mod it very much so that we can concentrate onb the new one.
