needs egr valve and throttle body pulled and paggage cleaned
est. 272.49$
would it be easierto buy parts n do it my self? the only thing i dont know how to do is clean passage. any tips what i should do.

It may be cheaper to do it yourself, but it won't be easier.
(Is there any chance you could be more careful typing, or at least proofread before submitting? "Paggage" cleaned? At least you spelled it correctly the 2nd time.)
