i hear that deleting your a/c can gain you some power? is it true even though when your a/c isnt on it STILL is draining power due to your pulleys? let me know cause i plan on deleting mine pretty ..

and i know it'll take off some weight too

You'll gain no power. You may gain some acceleration and peak MPH. You could gain more by removing the spare tire, only adding ¼ tank when it's empty, removing the glass, insulation, radio, rear seats, carpet padding, inner door panels, lamps, sway bars, plastic GFX, etcetera.

And a C5 will still drive right past with the AC on....

In other words, there are far better methods to increase both power and efficiency.

well im not touching my engine because only power i can get is through internals and i dont have the time/money to do any of those....and i cant do those on my own. i have taken out my spare tire that thing was HEAVY....
