How much $$ and where for a good crate long block?

Engine: 350 TPI
Transmission: Built 700r4
Axle/Gears: 3.73
How much $$ and where for a good crate long block?
I am looking at motors for my 91 z28. Right now I have a 305 tpi but i either want a supercharger or a nice 350hp 350. I want to use my TPI and probaly port it a lot but I dont know where to get a good assembeled long block and i dont know how much that would be. I was gona spend betweek $3000-4000 on a supercharger(if i ever get that much $$) and put it on my 305 or buy a 350 so help me out with any info you guys have. Thanks
