Saddly, this question can only be answered by preferance. Since I don't remember these intakes being compared on a dyno against each other, the question can only be answered with a "I like Edelbrock more than I do Holley, so I'll tell him Edelbrock" attitude. Holley says it goes out to 7000 rpm's but who really has a street motor that pulls that many rpm's daily? Everyone knows that an intake that provides higher rpm's gives up low-end power in the trade. For that reason, I suggest an Edelbrock. This is as technical as I dare comment on the subject. Hope that helps.

You think you've got it bad? This guy has a real problem:

IROC is probably right. It will depend heavily on the type of driving you intend to do, your engine, and many other variables.

FWIW, the Edelbrock Performer and P2 have been around a long, long time.

I have heard lots of good things about the Weiand Stealth also. I haven't used it or the holley personally. The Edelbrock's are the most popular. Dual plane and single plane will be a big choice also.

Okay, so I used to work at an auto parts store once.......

Anyway, a guy bought the Holley street avenger because it was on sale. He came back in the next week and said that he ran nearly identical times as he did with his performer rpm intake.
All I know about the car is second gen camaro with small block. Hope this helps.
