Idling/Performence problems

Ok. I just installed the HSR about a month ago and i didnt have any problems until a few weeks ago. My check engine light came on at random times. I didnt think anything of it at first until i went to go start my car one morning and as soon as i started it up it would run then die, wouldnt even idle. So i replaced the MAF and it seemed to fix it but i was still having rought idle issues(idle was surging at lower rpms). Then i got another light and it said it was the MAF Burn-Off Relay, so i replaced that and the MAF Sensor relay and while i was at it i went ahead and changed the IAC. It seemed to be running better except that it was CHUGGING at idle insted of surging. So i checked the codes again and now im getting a code 33 (MAF Sensor) and a code 45 (Rich Exhaust). Anyone have any ideas? Could this be something simple like the fuel filter or could be something as complicated as the injectors? Thanks in advance.

Kyle
