Can a leaking intake cause excessive blowby?

Im losing oil and notice oil spots on top of the waterpump and sometimes smoke would come out from underneath dripping to the header...

Compression and leak down tests were made and all cylinders were all close together.Oil comes out of the PCV hole pushing the PCV out when doing a quarter run...Not much oil leaks our when the car is sitting..

any ideas?

I have (had) the same problem with mine. Thought it was a bad intake and did everything I could to find it and cure it. Well after I tried a lot of things (new gaskets, checking intake for cracks, making sure EGR passages dont leak etc) then it came down to bad rings in cylinder #8. So that's why I'm building a new engine as we speak.
