MAF/Code 33 problem Help!

Well, first off I wanna say I had/have a big long MAF topic in the electronics forum, but just seems too jumbled up, so wanted to start fresh, hope no one minds.
Ive replaced so far, all the vacuum lines, the power brake booster, the burn off relay, the MAF, adjusted the minimum air and TPS to specs. Last week the SES light would go off when I pushed the plug into the MAF, and the engine would vibrate it out(broken clip on the plug), then it stayed on one day and the car got real surgy and jumpy. So I replaced teh MAF yesterday and it ran great, drove it for about half an hour with no problems. This morning I get in the car and pull out and the SES light came back on (code 33) and the car started jumping and surging again real bad. It would sort of come and go. On the way home just now, I had no SES light but the car was still surging a little. Ive checked continutity from each of the MAF plug wires to the PCM or the relay and they all check out. Im lost as to what else to check, or what could be wrong! Please help, I need my car back on the road and dependable by monday when the next semester starts, and for work. Thanks for any help!

i checked what I could, Ive already replaced I think all of the vacuum lines and connections. I took a hose and listened around the engine, and the only place I could hear any type of hissing was at the accordian piece from the bellows, going to try and replace it, but not very optimistic. Thanks!
