TBI has very rough idle when cold.. please help

I checked the history, found nothing similar.. for the past two days in the morning (average temp 41, 87% humidity) 89 305 TBI, fires up with no problems, but instead of a smooth warm up idle, it sounds
like a cold diesel engine when it first starts, it's as if the car is running on 4 cyl. I get no codes, and the problem dissapears in about a min. and has a normal smooth idle with no problems for the remainder of the day.. This lately only happens in the morning, and I've never had the problem before.. I've checked over wires, ect. I'm suspecting the IAC, But I don't have much experience with ECM control cars.. I have the Helm Shop manual, but have not found much yet. If you need more info, let me know.. I'm going to take a tape recorder with me tomorrow morning, if it does it again, I'll tape it and post a MP3 around 5pm PST.. Till then, I'd really appreciate any thoughts on the matter. Thanks

I'm definately no TBi expert but our work truck, an 89 350 TBi ran rough in the morning and as it warmed up it smoothed out. Eventually it went to a no-start condition. Turns out the pick-up coil inside the distributor went bad. Lots of moisture. Something to look at.

Thanks I'll add that to my list to check on in the morning... What is that "no-start condition", today.. it's idle smoothed out in less than a min... I was going to post a sound sample of the car running .. but the recording was not all that great.. I am planning on pulling all the spark plugs and checking them over.. I've never experienced moisture in the distibutor.. Thanks for the help so far..
