The Tranny shifts fine and the mount was replaced a couple months ago so that can't be it. Any ideas?

Axle/Gears: I'm working on it,lol.
A couple of questions to help me figure out where you're at.
1. Is the S.E.S. light coming on to indicate a stored trouble code?
2. Have you checked the motor mounts?
3. When was the last time your car got a tune-up?
4. Have you checked for vacuum leaks?

Also, when I shift into any drive gear or Reverse there is a chunking feeling. Idle is more like a grinding sound with some vibrations, not horrible, but definately noticeable vibrations.
1) no ses lights
2) haven't yet
3) before I bought it in January
4) checked, found none.

Check the motor mounts and universal joints on the driveshaft and let me know what you find out.

and trans mount... you'll probably have to take the mounting plate off to really inspect the transmission mount.

Iroczracer07, I will check those things. And I might change the tranny fluid.
Thanks.
