My fuel pressure likes to rapidly fluctuate about 3 PSI +- 44. im thinking its one of the injectors staying open for to long or something, so can i hook up the fuel pressure guage, and then unhook each injector plug harness thing one by one untill the pressure smooths out? and then go from there??

You can't hurt anything by unplugging the injector electrical connectors, so that is a viable test procedure. You may get lucky and find a sticking injector, but you may also discover that the problem is elsewhere. At least you can eliminate the injectors by your test.

You could buy a digital volt meter and see if the injector are getting the signal to fire

 

I might add, if you disconnect the injectors one at a time, each of them should also affect the idle quality about the same amount. If one or more of them seem to have noticeably less effect than others on how the engine runs, then you need to get in touch with www.cruzinperformance.com
