Brakes not working well until car is warmed up...
I recently installed a new intake manifold and an LT1 camshaft into my L03.. Ever since then, for the first 5 minutes of driving the brakes are very weak. I roll to a stop with the pedal all the way down. It's very scary if I have to stop suddenly because it doesn't perform well at all.. After the car warms up the brakes work better, but i still can't lock them up like i used to be able to. At stop lights sometimes the car will almost creep forward with the pedal all the way down..
Do i just have too much torque? Is there anything I can adjust? The pads and rotors only have like 8 thousand miles on them.. The lines are newer too.. What can I do to fix this? Do i need a new brake booster..??

If the pedal is real hard, then you might need a booster. On the other hand, if it goes to the floor, then the engine work has nothing to do with it, and you need something hydraulic; a master cyl, or rubber lines, or the rear drums adjusted if that's what your car has, or something. Boosters and cams won't make the pedal go to the floor.
I think it's a safe bet that the problem isn't that you have too much torque LOL
