Need help decoding engine code

I've got a Chevy V-8 with an engine code of V0204TPA. I know the V = Flint, Mi and the 0204 = Feb. 4th, what does the TPA mean? The only code I've seen close is TRA, but I'm positive mine says TPA. Any ideas?

None of my books show a TPA code. How wide is the bore? recheck the code again. T's mean it's from a truck. Cars start with a C. Starting around 1968 they used the 3 letter designation so it's not older than 1968.
