knock sensor

knock sensor

I have heard that you should change htis to a 350 knock sensor when changing from a 305 to a 350...any truth to that? also, where is it?

Yeah, it's a good idea. The knock sensor is in the block on the passenger side, near the starter.

Axle/Gears: 10 Bolt 3.73
You should change the knock sensor and module .The module is located between the master cylinder and LF fender, on the firewall. I think it has a 5 pin connector on it.
