Side fender light on a 89 formula?
Go to jiffylube and ask for an L194.. Should be the bulb you need. you can have them put it in if you want, it's only around 5 bucks or so.. You wouldn't really be saving all THAT much if you did it yourself.

Oh, and, umm... Reach up under the fender. It might take some pretzling of your arm, but there's a rubber plug in the lense of the light. It twists about an eight of a turn, then pulls straight out. The bulb also just pulls straight out, although sometimes heat will cause the plastic to melt around the bulb and make it a little hard to get out.
In my Camaro, the passenger side fender light thing was actually easier to get to from the top, although I had to remove my battery. (But I was in the process of changing that anyways, so.. worked out pretty well for me. heh)
