No Acceleration
Cruising at 60MPH, stomp on the gas, RPMS increase to 3500-4000, MPH slowly decreases.
At a stop, stomp on the gas, RPMS skyrocket but car doesnt move.
What is going on?

sounds like you smoked a tranny to me.
