A mish mash of questions.

I know most of you guys drag race, I have a dirt oval track car. Some of these questions may pertain to what you do. I figured I'd ask because some of you know loads more than I do.
If you were running your engine at about 3500-7000rpm and had to use a 2bbl 500cfm Holley what jets would you start with? Elevation is 1100ft. Engine is zz4 350 lower end with Dart Iron Eagle 49cc/210cc heads. Solid flat tappet cam.
How much difference would a light 6.5lb balancer make vs. a fluidampr at 10.4lbs?
How much difference would a 3 disc clutch/flexplate combo make compared to a stock clutch/flywheel combo?
I'm putting a 2nd engine together. 383 with 492 heads. No head work other than valve job and shimming springs. What are your opinions of stock rockers vs. roller tip. vs. full roller? I have full roller on the engine I've got in the car. Cam will be Isky solid flat tappet.
What wouild you set your initial timing at? I have an Accel Billitech race distrib. The advance curve must be built in because there is not vacuum advance on it. I'm thinking 24-28 deg?
The engine in the car runs hotter than I'd like. How effective are remote oil coolers or should I look into a 2 row alum. racing radiator?
Thanks for your time.
