Financing an Engine
Is there a way a individual can finance a engine?? For example if I order a crate engine from edelbrock or something are there companys that I can give a $500.00 downpayment and pay a monthly payment?? My engine is starting to smoke everyday and I am tired of having to put LUCAS in it all the time!

Or a credit card?
Which will be a lot easier then a loan most likely, cause the bank would have nothing to secure the loan against.

Yeah, I doubt most companies selling assembled engines would really want to deal with trying to keep track of who's paying them. Credit card or bank loan are probably all you'll see.

Ebay does! I've been looking into it myself. ALOT of the motors listed have 3 months interest free also. Not sure you wanted to buy off Ebay but just thought i'd let you know.

Food for thought... if by smoking every day you mean when you start it and stuff, then you may want to try changing your valve guide seals (~30 dollars if you do it yourself), and see if that fixes the problem....
