350 - 400 hp 350 formula?

I plan to build up a 350 - 383 soon and i was wondering what would be the best combination to produce about 350 - 400hp? I already have a block, edelbrock performer rpm and a holley 650.... any suggestions please!

Here's a pretty basic build up recipe
that uses the parts u already have and will easily meet your goal with room to grow
in the future.
355 flat top 375+hp 400+ft/lbs 9.7:1 cr
Federal Mogul
H345np +.030 hypereutetic pistons flat top)
O deck the block to fit (approx .035-.045)
Edelbrock performer RPM heads complete 70cc
Comp Cams Extreme Energy XE262H-10 Hyd cam
Crane Blue Racer 1.6 Roller Rocker Arms
Federal Mogul Sealed-power engine kit
(Bearings seals Gaskets etc)
MSD HEI Distributor and helicoil wire set
Dyno max shorty headers to fit your car
Dyno max or MagnaFlow Hi-Flow converter(s)
Your choice exhaust system as long as it has a 3" or better main pipe ( Flowmaster,Dynomax
borla, Magnaflow)
This combo will have a nice performance idle, pull down a house torque and reasonable gas mileage.
I would match it with a 2200/2800 stall converter and a 3.73 to 4.10 rear gear
A Fresh Th700r4 would really pull, and will allowing quit Hiway cruising in OD.
Will run easy low 13 secs in the quarter mile with drag radials.
