Casting # question

I have a block that was supposed to be a 327.The only numbers I could find on the block are 383480. Is this the casting #? And if so, is it a 327. I got it for $125 complete.

I guess the guy didn't know what it realy was. There was a small mark between the two numbers, looked more like a casting flash. Still can't beat the price. Thanks
