Need to free up some power

I took my car to the 1/8 mile last night and didn't perform like I thought I should. I did 3 runs and got close to the same times on each.

60'--------2.3761
330'------6.6503
1/8 ET---10.2136
1/8 MPH-67.85

I am running 882 heads so I know I am losing there, Im in the process of getting some 305 heads and doing the self port listed on here. I was wondering if my carb is big enough, I thought 625cfm would be good enough for my engine..is it too small or maybe I just need to fine tune it. I also have the stock cat on but I will be switching to a high flow cat this weekend hopefully. I went from 1st to drive on the runs also since I dont have my magashifter installed yet. Any opinions on what I can do to bring up my power, or if these results are normal, would be great.
