Unless you need to thread sensors in them or something, plug the holes into the coolant ports at 3 corners and put a hose barb into the other one.

anyone know what size i need for pipe plugs on this intake?

the front 2 on each side of the thermostat 1/2" pip plugs fit perfect, what about the back 2 on each, and the one up to behind the carburetor, 1/2" seems to be too big.

The vacuum port behind the carb is probably 3/8 NPT, the coolant parts at the rear should also be 1/2 NPT.

see there are different measurements.

the front 2 are 1/2" pipe plugs.

the 1/2" pipe plugs are too big, and 3/8" are too small.
